What You'll Do

This role blends operations, client care, project coordination, and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a successful real estate business humming. Your work will include:

  • Managing administrative tasks and operational workflows
  • Coordinating client communication and transaction support
  • Building and maintaining systems that increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supporting content creation and marketing workflows
  • Managing schedules, projects, and priorities
  • Serving as a trusted partner in day-to-day decision-making and problem-solving
  • Keeping everything organized, on track, and running smoothly

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, transaction coordinator, operations manager, or executive assistant
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs, small business owners, or fast-paced teams
  • Familiarity with real estate operations is a plus, but not required
  • Strong tech proficiency and comfort learning new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
