In this role, you will:
• Manage key strategic customer accounts across the Americas

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across the Americas

• Build strong customer relationships and lead key lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, reviews, renewals)
• Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Acre’s product suite
• Act as the main escalation point and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Product and internal teams to prioritise customer requests
• Conduct virtual and in-person business reviews and product demos
• Prepare Scopes of Work for upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
• Forecast upcoming customer projects and coordinate with Delivery teams
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong organisation and communication

What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• 4+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably within SaaS
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, forecasting, and pipeline management
• Experience delivering customer-facing demonstrations
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and financial/commercial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent planning, organisation, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product needs
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow

What’s in It for You
Be part of a disruptor – help move security forward with a company redefining industry standards.
Learn from industry leaders – collaborate with top experts driving change in security technology.
Drive meaningful impact – contribute to innovations protecting organisations worldwide.
Advance your career – access mentorship, training, and growth opportunities.
